How much is delivery?
UK delivery is from £3.75, and free on orders over £150.
International delivery is from £8.50 depending on where you are, and free on orders over £250. The exact price shows at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and ship from Manchester within 3-5 working days.
UK orders go with Royal Mail. International orders go with Parcelforce.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. If you are outside the UK your order may be charged customs duties or import taxes when it arrives. These can be significant, so check before you order.
We are not responsible for customs charges, and we cannot refund parcels that are returned to us because duties or taxes were not paid.

Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final, unless an error has been made on our part.
We carry very limited stock, so we do not offer exchanges.
You sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty
Email hello@dramacall.com with your order number and photos and we will sort it.
Returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
Shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. We may make a deduction from a refund if the item has lost value because of how it was handled.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter it in the discount box at checkout and press apply. The discount shows before you pay.
What size should I get?
Where we have one, the size chart is on the product page - tap "size chart" next to the sizes. Still not sure? Email hello@dramacall.com or message us on Instagram.
Will sold out pieces restock?
Usually not. We make limited runs, so when a piece is gone it is normally gone for good.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@dramacall.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it has not been packed yet we will do our best, but we cannot promise.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes - e-gift cards are in the shop menu and arrive by email.

What do you do with my data?
We only collect what we need to take your order, deliver it and keep the site working: your contact and delivery details, your order history, and basic device and cookie data. Payments are handled by Shopify, so we never see your full card details. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@dramacall.com.
